ICT Europe was formed in 1994 to provide customer sales and service throughout Europe. Headquarters are in Uxbridge, London.
With multiple operations centers in the United Kingdom and Ireland, ICT Europe serves both consumer and business markets with multi-lingual, pan-European sales, customer service and market research. In 2005, ICT Europe received FSA authorization to carry out advised financial services sales and customer care support services on behalf of financial services and insurance clients in the U.K.
Local staff includes client services, sales, operations, IT/systems, quality assurance and training. ICT Europe clients also can leverage ICT Group’s fully integrated global operations network, which can provide high quality, cost-effective solutions from operations centers in Canada, Latin America, India and the Philippines.
