ICT Group is a preferred contact center solutions partner under the GSA’s FirstContact contract (www.usaservices.gov). The FirstContact Contract is a Government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) specifically designed to provide agencies with a method for procuring industry-leading contact center services. Through this vehicle, we help citizens who access Government and Federal services get the information they need quickly, easily and cost-effectively.

Under the FirstContact vehicle, ICT Group has been awarded multiple task orders by the U.S. General Services Administration in support of a variety of federal agency initiatives, including FEMA and Veterans Affairs.

With over two decades’ experience and over 20 U.S.-based ISO-9001:2000 certified contact centers, ICT Group operations undergo semi-annual internal and external audits, to ensure compliance, service performance quality and continuous process improvement, as well as improved citizen care and satisfaction.
