The FirstContact Contract is a Government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) specifically designed to provide agencies with a method for procuring industry-leading contact center services. Through this vehicle, we help citizens who access Government and Federal services get the information they need quickly, easily and cost-effectively.
Under the FirstContact vehicle, ICT Group has been awarded multiple task orders by the U.S. General Services Administration in support of a variety of federal agency initiatives, including FEMA and Veterans Affairs.
