ICT GROUP, Inc. Announces Management Appointments

Langhorne, PA, 3/18/96 — ICT GROUP, Inc., a U.S.-based marketing, managementand information research services firm, announces the followingmanagement appointments.

George Shay has been named Vice President of Systems Operations, responsible for the installation and administration of all computer equipment, telephone ACD and PBX switches and corporate LAN and WAN network servers. In addition, he maintains client data exchange, including both inbound and outbound client data base information as well as all computer hardware.

Prior to joining ICT GROUP, Shayserved as a programmer analyst for a large national retail chain, where he was responsible for systems implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance as well as documentation of corporate operations. He obtained a computer science certificate from Maxwell Institute and is also certified in several IBM AIX disciplines. He and his wife Holly and their sons Jonathan and Peter reside in Holland, PA.

Anne Beeson has been named Director of Human Resources, responsible for all corporate recruitment and staffing, management development, benefit administration and employee relations. Beeson joined the company in June 1989 as senior recruitment coordinator and was promoted to employment manager in 1990, human resources manager in 1991 and assistant director of human resources in 1994.

Beeson holds a B.A. degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She and her husband Karl and their daughter Sarah reside in Chalfont, PA.

Carolynn Chamoun hasjoined ICT GROUP as Director of Systemsfor ICT TeleProfessional, the business unit specializing inbusiness-to-business teleservices. In this position, shedirects custom application design and development efforts and provides overall technological support for clients. Prior to joining the company, Chamoun served as director of MIS for Tyco Toys, Inc. where she managed worldwide application development and systems operations for that company’s corporate and remote data centers. Her systems and programming background is extensive, including senior consultant, Intersystems Technology, Inc.; manager of application development and customer support, Advanta Mortgage Corporation; project manager, Advanta; senior systems analyst, Hahnemann University, and programmer/operator, Public Adjusters Associates.
Chamoun holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and a Post Baccalaureate degree in Business from Beaver College. She and her daughter Lauren reside in Southampton, PA.
