ICT GROUP Names Maria Fernanda Teixeira as President of ICT Latin America
~ Appoints Industry Veteran to Expand Company's Presence in Latin and South America ~
Newtown, PA, May 14, 2007 – ICT GROUP, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICTG), a leading global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced that it has named Maria Fernanda Teixeira as President of its ICT Latin America operations.
In this new position, Ms. Teixeira will be responsible for leading the Company's operational and business development expansion initiatives in Latin and South America, including overseeing its operations centers in Argentina, Costa Rica and Mexico. Additionally, she will be charged with broadening ICT GROUP's services into additional country markets within this region, consistent with the Company's commitment to expanding its cost-effective, high-quality near-shore and offshore solutions from geographically diverse locations.

Prior to joining ICT GROUP, Ms. Teixeira most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for EDS Latin America, responsible for maintaining and growing key client accounts in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela. She comes to ICT GROUP with over 30 years' business services expertise across a broad range of information technology outsourcing (ITO), call center and back-office/BPO services, having held a series of executive level sales, operations and IT/systems infrastructure management positions during her tenure with EDS. Ms. Teixeira was recognized in 2003 by Forbes as one of the top 20 executive women in Brazil and again in 2004 by Forbes as one of the most influential executive women in Brazil. Additionally, she was named by Latin Trade magazine as one of the "Most Influential Business Executives in the Region."
During her 20+ year tenure with EDS, Ms. Teixeira held a number of other executive leadership positions across that organization's client delivery, contract negotiation, IT/technical infrastructure and solutions consulting/strategic thinking practices, helping to enact change and transformation in response to rapid market growth and business development initiatives.
Before joining EDS, Ms. Teixeira began her career with General Motors Brazil, where she held several security, software, telecommunications, capacity planning and operations management positions, supporting the overall growth and development of that company in the Brazilian region.
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, Ms. Teixeira holds a doctorate in Marketing and Finance from the Fundacao Getulio Vargas and a BS degree in Business Administration from the Methodist University of Sao Paulo. In addition, she has successfully completed the INSEAD European Institute of Business Administration in Leadership, a recognized international program for executives from around the world. Currently an active board member for the American Chamber of Commerce in Brazil, Ms. Teixeira is also the founder of The Group of Executive Women of São Paulo.
